The Interuniversity Cooperation Centre Water & Health is a cooperation of the TU Wien, the Medical University of Vienna (MedUni) and the Karl Landsteiner Private University for Health Sciences.

Our goal is to advance the scientific understanding of water quality and its impact on public health to ensure safe and sustainable water resources for future generations.

Andreas Farnleitner speaks at the 29th International Danube Shipping & Tourism Conference

From 23 to 26 November 2025, the 29th International Danube Shipping & Tourism Conference took place in Straubing (Bavaria). Andreas Farnleitner was invited by the organisers to give a presentation on the importance of proper wastewater disposal in Danube shipping for the water quality of the Danube.
